New Jersey:The New Seattle

Seattle called and wants their weather back. It's June 20 and already it's rained for about 16 days making New Jersey the new Seattle. It actually hasn't rained in Seattle for 29 days. I can't remember the last time it was sunny for an entire day or nice enough for me to enjoy the sun and get a tan. It's the kind of weather that makes me sleepy and want to watch movie after movie. I am convinced it's never going to stop raining or we'll get 40 days and 40 nights of it just like in the story of Noah's Ark. I still wouldn't trade in Jersey for Seattle. I don't think I'd be able to handle 140 days of rain a year. What's really funny though is that though Seattle may be famous for its rain, it actually doesn't receive the most rain per year-Mobile, Alabama does.
